Hours of deliberation about which songs to share from your home tape collection followed by hours of tiny handwritten playlists with tiny hearts incorporated wherever possible. Follow that with "play"-"record", change tape, "play"-"record" , change tape............This beer is our mixtape for you. For this latest edition of our rotating dry hopped lager series, we first brewed the beer with pilsner malt for a light body and gentle malt sweetness. Then we lagered the beer for several weeks to create a clean, refreshing crispness. As our mixtape final song, we dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and touch of Citra for aromas of melon, berry and grapefruit. Load it up, press play and enjoy.

Now please stop asking. 😉🫶 This beer is a smooth operator, just like Lars. A grain bill of pilsner malt and unmalted wheat creates a deceptively smooth, but full bodied finish. Whirlpool hop additions are CryoPOP! with a touch of Centennial and dry hops are HBC 1019, Mosaic Cryo and Comet.

6.4% ABV | 47 IBU | 4 SRM You know the story. We're nostalgic for 90's Seattle when the sound of grunge music and the smells of patchouli filled the air. Sometimes we like to relive the good ole days while reveling in new trends like Hazy IPA. So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, citrusiest, peachiest, passion fruitiest hops we can find, like Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy. And then we sit back, sip and trip on down memory lane.

ABV: 6.9% | IBU: 54 | SRM: 4 Category: Ale / Descriptors: Pink Grapefruit. Berry. Pineapple. Over here at Stoup, we miss our school days. We miss 5 paragraph essays, long story problems and wearing backpacks filled with peechee folders. Why, oh why is the fun so fleeting?! In an effort to keep that school spirit alive, we decided it would be fun to write a thesis paper. Really, how hard could it be? To get started, we needed to generate a thesis statement. This is what we came up with: "To make a perfect IPA, you must use delicious ingredients and add just the right hops to make the flavor and aroma pop". Then we researched thousands of hop combinations and determined that Loral, Talus, HBC 630 and El Dorado together would add aromas of pink grapefruit, berry and pineapple and would be freakin' delicious. Then we brewed our Thesis Generator IPA, drank it and determined that our thesis statement was 100% correct. Man, writing a thesis is soooo easy!

We made a banger West Coast IPA with besties from 9 breweries in the North Seattle Metro region. We brewed this beer to support the Washington Brewers Guild and all the amazing breweries they represent. It's crisp and dry with a big hop punch thanks to Mosaic, Krush, Citra, Simcoe and Columbus. We’re releasing the beer and a fun new glass in the taprooms on Friday. The project supports our Washington Brewer’s Guild.
