With this recipe, the homebrew friends want to celebrate an amazing life and cherish precious memories. Kendrick's Ale is a bittersweet Hefeweizen brewed with bitter orange peel and orange blossom honey. A sweet hint of honey leads to flavors of fresh squeezed oranges, with a lingering memory of banana and clove and a crisp finish.

Mango Tajin Sour – 4.0% Kettle Sour with Mango and Tajin.

Brewed in the American Style. Big and hoppy, but balanced and incredibly drinkable. Five different malts and three different hops balance all that malt and give Strange Pale Ale its huge hop character. Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade hops.

Inspired by his Latest trip to Belgium, this brew is reminiscent of so many great beers Tim “studied” while doing his “research”. This Belgian Pale showcases our house yeast and all its beautiful complexities.

This Belgian Quad, brewed with mug clubber Mike Wendt, almost jumps out of the glass with its intense malty sweetness, dried fruit flavors of raisins plums & figs, and spicy yeast notes. Adding to that complexity is a bold background note of spicy rye bourbon barrel from Bear Creek Distillery.
