We do not accept day of reservations.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No more than 30 days in advance.
Reservations have a 2 hour time limit that will be enforced when necessary.
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your reservation with no cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $20 per person.
We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your reservation time.
Parties of 6 or more will have a 20% gratuity automatically applied.
Parties of up to 8 people may make a reservation - anything larger, please contact us directly at neal@strangephoenix.com for accommodations.
If you have children, please choose "Dining Room" for your reservations.
We only reserve a few spots of our restaurant for each time slot, so please check the next slot if you don't see any available at the time you have selected.
