Experience the lunchtime collab of the summer. From July 4th - September 7th, we are remixing our weekend offerings to include delicious and exciting lunch plates with a pop-up restaurant from St. Catharine's own Pharmacii Restaurant & Bar. Adventure with Ashley & Ryan of Pharmacii with their contemporary take on Canadian-Korean dishes, offering us a new and exciting lens to spotlight Stratus wines. Available Saturdays through Mondays every weekend from 12:00pm - 2:30pm on the terrace. Reservations are not prepaid. Price will depend on the dishes ordered. Limited gluten free options due to the use of soy sauce.

Dive deeper into wine and curate your own guided and seated tasting experience. Choose four of your favourite styles from our portfolio of wines and discover the nuances of each with our in-house expertise. A bite of artisanal cheese and charcuterie will accompany your personalized tasting.

Exploring the wines is the highlight of any visit to Stratus. We invite you to sample our vineyard through a Wine Flight Tasting. These tastings include 4 unique samples for $25 and are served in our Stratus Tasting Room or on our Vineyard Terrace. A collection of wines by the glass are also available. Savour bite-like accompaniments sourced and prepared from the finest chefs and food artisans to enhance your wine experience. Reservations recommended.
