Join us for an intimate tasting event featuring Chef Ace Champion, an award-winning chef known for his Cajun/Creole flavors, Louisiana influence, and bold “Champion Experience” cooking style. The evening begins with a 5–6 PM happy hour, giving guests time to settle in, enjoy the Ready Room, and start the night with Sturgeon Spirits cocktails. At 6 PM, Chef Ace Champion will serve a featured main course and dessert, each thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted Sturgeon Spirits cocktail. Expect big flavor, great company, and a relaxed dinner experience built around chef-driven food, local spirits, and perfectly matched pairings.
