Buyer shall pay a deposit of $150.00 to Substance LLC. This deposit will be applied towards the purchase price. If this transaction fails to close for any reason other than default by seller, the non-refundable deposit will remain the property of the seller. The Buyer is required to notify the Seller at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled door time in order to be eligible for a refund of their deposit.
