Five Star Craves is a built-to-order food trailer in Brunswick, Ohio. Every Crave starts with your choice of format — a bowl over jasmine rice or greens, a pressed burrito, or three corn tacos — then your protein and your flavor. Marinated chicken, ground beef or crispy chickpeas, with seven sauces from Korean BBQ to Cajun crema, including an allergy-aware option free of dairy, nut, soy and gluten.
Everything comes loaded with rice, roasted corn, slaw, pickled onion and scallion. Leave off anything you like, or add extras.
There's also a kids' menu, hand-mixed dirty sodas, gelato, donuts and Pretty Tasty Tea — and breakfast on Saturday mornings.
