The deal with reservations
We're a small room, and every seat counts. Here's how to keep things smooth:
Can't make it? Tell us ASAP. Cancel as soon as you know, so someone else gets to eat. No fees, no guilt trip. We just appreciate the heads-up.
15-minute grace period. Running late happens. We'll hold your table for 15 minutes. After that, it may go to the next hungry group. Text us via the reservation thread if that's easiest!
Whole crew, then we seat. We'll seat you once your full party is here.
Parties up to 6 can book online. Rolling deeper than that? Hit us up at 612-217-4739 and we'll make it work.
Once you're seated, there's no rush. Stay as long as you like.

Sushi by Baaska is sushi with the volume turned up. Chef Baaska Tegshbileg makes every piece by hand in small batches, so when it's gone, it's gone.
Our doors are officially open, kind of. We're in soft service right now, which means limited seats, limited hours, and a front-row look at a restaurant finding its groove. Reservations only, so book ahead.
For now, the drinks are all zero-proof. Nitro cocktails and sake are on the way.
