The deal with reservations
We're a small room, and every seat counts. Here's how to keep things smooth:
Can't make it? Tell us ASAP. Cancel as soon as you know, so someone else gets to eat. No fees, no guilt trip. We just appreciate the heads-up.
15-minute grace period. Running late happens. We'll hold your table for 15 minutes. After that, it may go to the next hungry group. Text us via the reservation thread if that's easiest!
Whole crew, then we seat. We'll seat you once your full party is here.
Parties up to 6. For now, that's the biggest crew we can host. Bigger groups, we can't wait to have you soon.
We'll never rush you. Your table is set for your party's time (about 60 to 120 minutes, depending on size) so the next hungry group can sit down too.

Sushi by Baaska is sushi with the volume turned up. Chef Baaska Tegshbileg makes every piece by hand in small batches, so when it's gone, it's gone.
We're officially open! Dinner Tuesday through Saturday, 5 to 10pm. Book ahead for the dining room, or grab a front-row seat at the sushi bar. Parties of up to 6.
The bar is open, too: a sake list built on the stories of the family breweries behind every bottle, plus beer, wine, and our nitro taps with the option to add a spirit.
