Always fantastic.
Watching the kitchen show is so much fun! The chefs are friendly and seeing all the wonderful food prepared gives you serious FOMO. We loved the Buffalo Crispy Cauliflower, crispy Brussels Sprouts (why can’t I replicate them at home??) and the Short Rib Bao Buns. The burger arguably the best in the Boat! Lucky for me the night’s special was a Negroni. Wow was it a treat!
