Settle in for an elevated tasting experience at Tabora Vineyards, where wine, food, and education come together over the course of two relaxed and flavorful hours. This guided tasting features an expanded flight of our handcrafted wines, thoughtfully paired with seasonal bites from our farm kitchen and bakery. You'll explore the nuances of each pour while gaining insight into winemaking techniques, grape varietals, food pairing principles, and the unique characteristics of our Finger Lakes terroir. Whether you're deepening your knowledge or simply looking to savor great wine in good company, this experience offers the perfect balance of learning and indulgence. Your Experience Includes: • A two-hour experience including a tour of the Tabora facilities and grounds (weather permitting) and seated tasting with personal guidance • A flight of 6–8 Tabora wines, including new and limited releases • Curated food pairings Tabora’s deli and bakery delights • Interactive discussion with our tasting room manager • Time to savor, ask questions, and enjoy!
