Taco Chelo DT PHX

The flavor and textures of the crispy shrimp taco were so good! The vegetable taco was ok but lacked vibrancy, and the sweet potatoes were mushy. I wish there had more than just pepitas to add texture. Thank goodness they were there! The pastor was really disappointing. The meat was both simultaneously dry and greasy. The bottom of my tortilla was soggy with oil. Super sad.
