The quesabirria was outstanding: crispy, cheesy tortillas packed with tender, flavorful beef, and a rich consommé for dipping that I'd happily drink on its own. It's a perfect lunch option, filling without being heavy, and it came out fast. The service was excellent too: friendly, attentive, and quick. Great food and great service. I'll definitely be back! 10/10
