Experience Policy
Minimum playing time is 1 hour, with longer sessions in 30-minute increments subject to availability (in person) and closing time. Prices are per resource before sales tax. The first hour uses the rate at your start time; each additional 30 minutes uses the rate at the start of that increment. Full payment is required when booking. Cancel at least 48 hours before your start time for a full refund; inside 48 hours there is no automatic refund. Late arrivals do not receive extra time. Your resource remains reserved until your purchased end time, even if you do not arrive. Staff must confirm availability before any extension. Pool reservations can run back-to-back with no reset buffer.
