The taco tray slipped out of the bag because it wasn’t stapled shut and fell onto the street. I was able to salvage most of it and was going to continue on my way, but they ran out and stopped me and insisted on preparing another tray for me! My parents operated a variety of mom and pop shops and it reminded me of the customer service that we used to provide!
The Torta Taqueria is a long time favorite of ours. Delicious!
