Join us on a behind-the-scenes deep dive into our bourbon making and take part in the fun. Enjoy a full sensory experience nosing, tasting and working with our bourbons. Thief samples directly from barrels in our rickhouse. Identify flavors developed through maturation and environment. Then enjoy a signature seasonal cocktail while you discern why bourbon is meant to be sipped and savored. Each guest will receive a gift to take home and continue the experience of this personalized tour. Additional cocktails and bottles are available for purchase at the end of your tour. Enjoy a sensory experience nosing and tasting a flight of our bourbons while you learn why bourbon is meant to be sipped and savored.
