The cheese curds are the mostly ridiculously tasty cheese curds in the world! The level or crispness is unrivaled. I bet there’s magic involved.
I love their food and I enjoy exploring their menu and trying different things. I especially appreciate how they package the ramen with the broth separate from all the other ingredients which prevents the noodles from getting saturated. This is ideal for transport as well as for the leftovers!
