Bulrush Belgian Witbier – 5.5% ABV – 17 IBU Inspired by the timeless Belgian Wit, Bulrush is a bright, effervescent ale with a refreshingly dry finish. Brewed in the spirit of tradition but elevated with a modern touch, this wheat beer features farm-grown lemongrass, bitter orange peel, and a dash of grains of paradise. Aromatic and subtly spiced, it opens with notes of citrus zest and herbal freshness, followed by a gentle peppery warmth. Light-bodied and crisp, Bulrush is the perfect companion for sunny days, leisurely afternoons, and anyone seeking a refined yet easy-drinking classic with a twist.

Our flagship hazy golden India Pale Ale is brewed primarily with 2 row American malt which gives a distinct malt profile of fresh bread. Malted wheat is used to increase the mouthfeel to create a richer profile. We use 100% Citra Hops both on the hot side and in dry hopping. Citra lends beautiful citrus notes, and the 3 pounds per barrel dry hopping program increases those citrus notes on the nose, adds some floral aromas and adds hop sweetness as well.

100% Cayuga wine is the base for this fan favorite, which has an all natural raspberry essence added to it. Autumn Raspberry hits you with sweetness up front which recedes to reveal a deep raspberry flavor and some light acidity on the end.

Bubbly Brooke -750ml bottle This is Bubbly Brooke’s first time making it into the bottle. The previous vintage of Bubbly Brooke was canned as an experiment and it came out so good that we decided to make it again and put it in the bottle. This version is a crisp and fruity Sauvignon Blanc. It has notes of pineapple, grapefruit and peaches. It is refreshing and delightful just on its own, or pair with pasta pesto, caprese salad or shrimp scampi.

This very limited wine is a pour you won’t want to miss. Taylor Brooke Winery's Cabernet Sauvignon is dry and fruit forward with notes of black current, plum, and dark cherry. A velvety texture, and subtle notes of vanilla and toffee from light American oak, produces an approachable version of Cabernet Sauvignon that is juicy, lively and a welcome addition to any meal. Pair with a burger from the grill, steak, mushroom risotto or open a bottle to elevate pizza night.

Unoaked Chardonnay is like drinking your coffee black - no creaminess to hide the inherent characteristics, just naked, bold, full bodied flavor. Our unoaked Chardonnay, similar to a French Chablis, offers notes of lemon, cantaloupe, and pear. It has a strong backbone of minerality, finishing crisp, clean and delicious. Pair with salmon, sushi, chicken piccata, or a cheese plate.

Chocolate infused merlot port. The strong chocolate on the nose, the fruity complexity of raspberries and cherries from the merlot port and a long, chocolate finish creates the perfect dessert in a glass.

This hybrid grape from Cornell University has all the characteristics of a fine Pinot Noir. Cherry on the nose, this wine is light and fruit forward with notes of cherries, plum, and vanilla from the oak.

This seasonal favorite is a blend of Cranberry and Riesling wine that's tart and sweet in all the right places! A must have for your holiday meals!

This delightful marriage of the wine world and the beer world is brought to you by our brewer and winemaker team here at Taylor Brooke. She grew the grapes, fermented and aged the wine, and her husband added Citra hops and bubbles. This unique joiurney starts right away with a dual nose of tangerine, grapefruit and honey from the grapes as well as classic notes of Citra hops in the form of guava, mango and passionfruit. Appealing to both wine and beer drinkers, this fizzy wine is fruity, dry layered and complex

This highly aromatic, fizzy, red wine has notes of strawberries, cherries 'n cream, crisp red apple and violets. Serve this dry wine chilled

Our boldest grape in the vineyard is definitely the Noiret. It grows big, blue, juicy berries and has a thick skin: wine made with these grapes has a rich red and purple color. this Noiret has aromas of raspberry, blackberry, the spiciness of green and black pepper and finishes with a hint of blueberry and cocoa. it also has a fine tannin structure rounded by light American oak and is made in small batches. try pairing with pasta, smoked gouda, rib and spicy dishes.

Intensely aromatic, this 100% Raspberry port-style dessert wine explodes with flavor. Red and black raspberries are fermented into a raspberry wine which is then fortified into a port resulting in a deep and concentrated raspberry treat.

Our Riesling has notes of nectarine, green apple and peach on the nose and a smooth finish. Unlike most Rieslings, ours is fermented dry, making it an excellent food wine.

100% estate grown. St. Croix Rose is a deep pink semi- sweet wine with an off dry finish. This juicy rose has notes of raspberry, strawberry, and grapefruit with subtle hints of Swiss chocolate.

100% Cayuga white, a grape characterized in part by its stone fruit flavors, is a natural companion to the Peach essence we add to it. The peach flavor in this wine is balanced by notes of citrus and the natural acidity in the Cayuga White grape. Our most popular wine is truly Summer in a glass!

SERIES 9 - LIMITED EDITION ESTATE GROWN BRANDY, 375 ML BOTTLE - Our flagship brandy, The Spirit of Woodstock, is distilled from locally grown St. Croix grapes and carefully barrel-aged to create a spirit that drinks like a fine Bourbon. Aged in our Solera system, the blend ranges from 2 to 8 years, delivering remarkable depth and balance. With rich notes of sherry, vanilla, and warm brown spices, this brandy is dry, bold, and irresistibly smooth. Enjoy it neat, or use it as a distinctive base for classic cocktails — it shines in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Sidecar, and makes a spirited twist on a Bourbon Mule. Bold, smooth, and unmistakably refined — a brandy with the soul of a Bourbon.

Our Vignoles is a dry white with notes of pineapple 🍍, green apple 🍏 and passionfruit 🍊 A small percentage of the blend has gone through Malolactic Fermentation and so this wine is both crisp and creamy at the same time. This wine is a pure and beautiful representation of the terroir at Taylor Brooke!

100% Vidal Blanc. This small batch hybrid white is juicy and fruit forward with a crisp finish. Ideally paired with seafood or creamy pasta dishes.

The Cayuga grapes for this wine are 100% estate, hand pruned and hand harvested. Once picked, the grapes are sorted on a table by our vineyard crew, who painstakingly pull out any damaged berries os that only the highest quality, home-grown grapes reach your bottle. Wine Dog is slightly sweet with hints of pineapple, ripe mango and tangerine. This is a medium weight wine, fruit forward and crisp, making it a perfect companion to just about any cuisine.

This semi-sweet red blend is a staff favorite. Our Woodstock Valley Red has notes of golden delicious apple, sweet red cherry, honeysuckle and a hint of black pepper. Lightly oaked, smooth and balanced, this is our red wine with training wheels, enjoyable even for non-red drinkers. Try pairing with a ham dinner, pork tenderloin, or an after dinner cheese plate. Our staff swears that this wine morphs into a wine that compliments whatever you put on the table from pizza to Chinese take-out, to mid-week leftovers.
