Reservation Policies for Saturday Nights During our Rodeo Series (every Saturday, March through November):
In consideration of all parties dining with us please limit your time to 75 minutes for parties of 1-4 guests, 90 minutes for parties of 5-8 guests and 105 minutes for parties of 9 or more. Parties exceeding 15 guests will be given special instruction. Thank you for your understanding on this policy, we are doing our best to accommodate all of our guests dining prior to attending the 7:30 rodeo performance. Tables will be held for 10 minutes only, we are unable to seat incomplete parties. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. We turn many guests away in reserving your table so please be courteous.
We encourage guests that prefer a long leisurely dinner to join us after the rodeo at 9:00 or on nights when we do not have a rodeo performance.

An authentic Texas Steakhouse located on the grounds of Tejas Rodeo, home of the Saturday Night Rodeo! Please note the restaurant is open year round, Thursday through Sunday, however rodeo performances are Saturdays, March through November only. The rodeo will take place in the outdoor arena beginning at 7:30pm and ending at 9:00pm.
