Teofilo Coffee Company

At Teofilo Coffee Company, our mission is to “Give Back To The Philippines”. We are driven by three core pillars that keep us focused on this mission. Authenticity: We believe in being true to ourselves and our heritage. Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Uncomfortable Work: We embrace discomfort as a path to growth. By pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zones, we prevent complacency and strive for excellence. Execution: We believe in taking action and turning ideas into reality. Execution is key to making a meaningful impact. Our journey began with a vision to showcase the unique specialty coffees of the Philippines. Inspired by Lolo Ron’s legacy, we set out to challenge perceptions and elevate the Philippines as a coffee-producing nation on par with renowned coffee regions such as Guatemala, Brazil, and Italy; despite being one of the largest coffee producers in the late 1700s.
