Terms and Conditions for Reservations and Cancellations at Tequila CJ Cantina Grill Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For large group reservations (more than 13 people), a reservation is required at least 72 hours in advance. Reservations can be made by contacting us at (773) 284-7555. Punctuality: We ask our customers for the utmost punctuality for their reservation. In the case of delay, Tequila CJ Cantina Grill reserves the right to release the table after 10 minutes from the reserved time. To confirm your table, at least 60% of the guests must be present within 15 minutes following the reservation time; otherwise, we reserve the right to reassign the table. Duration of the Reservation: Reservations during the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) are limited to a maximum period of 90 minutes from the time the reservation begins. Please note that this period includes the time it takes to order, prepare, and consume your meal. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change; therefore, we allow cancellations up to 4 hours before the reservation time. For group reservations, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. In case of non-compliance with the cancellation policy, deposits will be returned in a gift card. Special Requests: While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee specific tables, areas, or additional accommodations. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Tequila CJ Cantina Grill. Conduct: We kindly ask all guests to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during their visit to Tequila CJ Cantina Grill. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person whose behavior is considered inappropriate or disruptive to other guests or staff. Changes to Reservations: Any changes to the reservation (including the number of guests, date, or time) are subject to availability and should be communicated as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee accommodation for additional guests beyond the original reservation number. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, a $15 per person fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation. We consider a reservation to be a no-show if we don't hear from you within 20 minutes of your reservation time. External Food Policy: For insurance reasons, it is prohibited to bring in external food, including but not limited to, desserts and cakes.
