About

The AM-THAI Williamsburg presents its Thai food as a collaborative, evolving story shaped by its entire team. Each dish blends authentic food traditions from Thailand with the personal experiences and creativity of the chefs, resulting in flavors that are both rooted in heritage and uniquely individual. The restaurant’s philosophy is that food should reflect both cultural origins and personal expression, so every meal tells a deeper story of journey, growth, and shared passion.
