Party size. Please reserve for the exact number of guests attending. Due to our intimate seating and fixed table configurations, we cannot guarantee accommodation for additional guests not included in the reservation.
Arrival & grace period. Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this grace period, the table may be released to accommodate other guests. If you anticipate running late, please call us at (414) 249-3906 and we will do our best to hold your table.
Attire. Smart casual, refined, and sophisticated dress is expected. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any guest whose attire does not align with the atmosphere of the venue.
Conduct & admission. The Back Door reserves the right to refuse entry or service at its discretion. Any sign or odor of illegal substances will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and may result in removal from the premises.
