COURT RENTALS TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Bar – Lime Kiln Welcome to The Bar! We are pleased to offer our indoor volleyball courts for your enjoyment. To ensure a safe, fun, and respectful experience for all guests, please carefully review and adhere to the following terms and conditions for court rentals: 1. Court Rentals and Pricing Court rentals are available for 3-hour time blocks at a rate of $60 per court. If additional hours are needed beyond the initial 3-hour block, the charge is $20 per hour. All bookings must be made online through our official booking platform. Reservations are required prior to your visit. 2. Age Restrictions All individuals using the volleyball courts must be 18 years of age or older, or be accompanied by an adult. Use of the courts is at your own risk. The Bar and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during use. 3. Court Usage Courts must be vacated by 11:00 PM on Fridays/Saturdays and 10:00 PM Sundays. No exceptions will be made. Each court is reserved exclusively for the time and group booked. You are only permitted to use the court that you have paid for. Any unauthorized use of another court will result in additional charges. Misuse or damage to the courts, including but not limited to hanging on volleyball nets or other inappropriate behavior, will result in immediate eviction from the premises without a refund. 4. Prohibited Items and Activities Sand Toys: No sand toys or similar items are allowed to be used in the sand on the courts. Glass Items: Glass containers are strictly prohibited within the court area. Carry-Ins: Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are not permitted on the courts or dining areas. Alcohol Consumption: In accordance with state law, only individuals aged 21 and older may consume alcohol on the premises. Please have valid identification available upon request. 5. Service and Assistance For any service needs, including food and beverage orders, please see a server or bartender. Court service is generally not available on weekends unless previously arranged with our event coordinator. Please reach out in advance if you require this service for your event. By reserving a court, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the premises and forfeiture of any payments made.
