Reservation Policy – Please Read Thanks for choosing The Barn! Here’s what to know about your reservation request. Reservation Requests Submitting a reservation is a request, not a guarantee. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation text message letting you know your table is officially booked. 90-Minute Table Time All reservations are 90 minutes from your reservation start time so we can accommodate everyone. Cancellation Policy If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If plans change last-minute, simply reply to your confirmation text—those messages go directly to our host stand. Running Late? We hold reservations for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. If you're delayed, please check in with the host so we can help get you seated as soon as possible. Text Notifications When your table is almost ready, we’ll send a text alert to the number on your reservation. Please send someone to the host stand once you receive it. Parking Tip Our lot fills quickly due to nearby trail traffic. Extra parking is available across the pond—turn right out of our lot, then right at the light and watch for the sign. While You Wait Arriving early? Visit The Loft Gift Shop upstairs, operated by the Historic Sappington House Foundation. Purchases support the museum.
