The Basque community has a rich cultural heritage with a love of dance, music, food, pilota and more. The member built Basque Cultural Center in South San Francisco operates Zazpi a Basque Bar + Restauran, along with banquet services, under the leadership of Director of Operations Patrick Thillard, and Executive Chef, Lionel Balbastre.
The cuisine has an upscale appeal while welcoming in the casual diner. With three banquet rooms and a spacious dining room, Zazpi at the Basque Cultural Center hosts many dinners, banquets and parties daily.
