Food was great very good !
Suggestion: it was 98 degrees outside and almost couldn’t get enough shade (lack of shade sails) - even warmer inside the restaurant. I ordered ‘cold’ seared tuna. It was not. Would be much more pleasing to your customers if the tuna was chilled as well as the plate. Being warm absolutely affects the flavor of the dish as a whole. We are faithful and frequent customers and recommended TBT to out of Towners on the sidewalk today even after our experience as we left. Seems like it would be little effort for better results.
