Available Times
Reservation Policy To ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review our reservation guidelines below: Reservations We do not require a deposit to secure reservations. However, we kindly ask guests to honor their booking time or notify us in advance if plans change. Reservation Timing Guests may check in up to 15 minutes prior to their reservation time. We allow a 15-minute grace period; after this time, reservations may be released. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Seating & Wait Time While we strive to seat all guests promptly at their reserved time, delays may occasionally occur due to the flow of service and our commitment to providing each table with a complete dining experience. In such cases, we appreciate your patience, as a short wait time may be necessary. Seating Requests We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences; however, all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Large Party Reservations (7+ Guests) Reservations for parties of seven or more must be arranged directly with our team. For large parties, a single check policy applies. Special Occasions We love celebrating with you. Please inform us in advance of any special occasions. Outside cakes are not permitted; cakes are exclusively provided by our sister company, Rum Cakes Factory. Modest decorations are welcome with prior approval. Reservation Modifications Changes in party size are subject to availability. We kindly ask that any updates be communicated in advance to ensure proper accommodation. Cancellations If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation in advance to allow us to accommodate other guests.
