We’re a family-owned café in Canton, Connecticut. We make our sourdough bagels over three days with unbleached, unbromated flour and bake them fresh each morning. Stop in for a bagel with house-made schmear, a breakfast sandwich, or a cup of locally roasted GIV Coffee.
