Reservation & Dining Policy Thank you for choosing The Brick Tavern of Hagerstown. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review the following dining and reservation guidelines. Reservations - Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during weekends, holidays, and special events. Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated based on availability. - Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this grace period, the table may be released to other guests. Dining Time Limit - To allow all guests the opportunity to enjoy The Brick Tavern, tables are reserved for a maximum dining experience of two (2) hours. - For larger parties or during peak service times, our team may need to strictly enforce this policy to maintain proper flow of service. - If you would like to continue enjoying drinks after your meal, our bar area may be available depending on capacity. Large Parties Parties of 8 guests or more may be subject to: • Limited menu options or pre-selected menus • Automatic gratuity • Advance deposits or prepayment for special events Our team will communicate these details when the reservation is made. Special Events & Holiday Dining - For special events, prix fixe menus, or holiday dining experiences (such as Easter Brunch, Mother’s Day, etc.), prepayment or deposits may be required to secure reservations. These payments apply toward the cost of the event and help guarantee your reserved seating. Seating Requests - We will always do our best to honor table or seating requests. However, specific table locations cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability at the time of your arrival. Late Arrivals - Guests arriving late may have reduced dining time in order to accommodate other reservations scheduled for the table. No Shows & Cancellations - If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the table to other guests. Repeated no-show reservations may result in future reservations requiring a deposit. Respectful Dining Environment - The Brick Tavern is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests and staff. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the dining experience of others.

Brick House Tavern will officially open this fall, alongside sister company, Morgan Hall, our private event space. We’ll be serving a bold and diverse menu that blends southern sophistication with elevated bar favorites, craft cocktails, and local brews.
