The Bricks Pizzeria brings authentic pizza to Grosse Pointe Park. Our pizzas are made the traditional Italian way in a wood-fired oven, giving each hand-tossed crust its signature taste and texture. Many ingredients come from Fox Hollow Farm, where we grow grains for our fresh-milled flour and raise chickens that provide eggs for our specialty pizzas.
