Sparkling: The Magic of Bubbles Join us as we kick off our monthly wine education series with a little holiday sparkle! Our first gathering will take us on a journey through the world of sparkling wines and Champagne. Through a guided tasting, guests will sample a curated selection of wines from different regions, learning about their origins, production methods, flavor profiles, and what makes each one unique. And because great wine deserves equally great food, Chef Gabriel Balderas will prepare a thoughtfully curated tasting menu designed to complement the various sparkling wines and Champagnes featured throughout the evening. Each pairing will highlight how food and wine can enhance one another. This is an evening designed for both curious beginners and seasoned wine enthusiasts to taste, learn, and discover new favorites in a relaxed, engaging setting. At the conclusion of the tasting, guests will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of their favorite wines to enjoy at home or share throughout the holiday season.
