The Earle Restaurant

We dine at Palette Bistro whenever we are in Petoskey and have for years. Excellent food and service. We recently attended a Champagne Tasting Dinner which was outstanding. A distributer representative from for the house provided background on each wine and answered questions. I am deducting one star because we had a vegetarian in our group and I thought the chef could have provided a more varied set of substitute courses. The food alternatives were well made but it could have been better given the caliber of the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend Palette Bistro.
