Clubs & Shoes: Feel free to bring your own clean clubs. We also have limited sets of rentals. If needed please be sure to let us know. Shoes must be clean and must be spikeless. Sneakers are also fine. No open toe shoes allowed. Booking Time: On average, it takes one player one hour to play 18 holes of golf (2 players can play 9 in 1 hour). If playing with more than one person, allot one hour per person if you plan to play 18 holes. Your booking is time based and we can not guarantee that you complete all 18 holes. Arrival: In order to maximize your time in the bay, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled booking. If possible, research the course and type of round you want to play. Rules of Use: Please be sure to read and familiarize yourself with our simulator's rules of use. It will help you have an enjoyable round! Age Requirements: All players must be 18 or older; 16 and older must be accompanied by an adult. That adult is responsible for monitoring those 16 and under and must be present the entire time. Exceptions are made for 16 and under with owner consent or for special events like parties and/or Sunday fun day family golf. Cancellation Policy: Cancelling within 24 hours of reservation will be charged 50% to card on file. No-Show Policy – full simulator price will be charged to card on file.
