The Fat Tomato Italian Bistro

I love this local restaurant that I support at least weekly. Everything I order is always good! I don’t think I’ve ever got a bad entree or app. I did like the flavor of the butternut squash soup but wasn’t crazy about the topping which I thought was frizzled onions but I believe it was a cinnamon mixture which was good but not my favorite. With that being said, the shrimp scampi is fabulous with a light, garlic, white wine sauce and the blistered tomatoes are fresh and a great compliment to this dish. The coconut shrimp are cooked to perfection with a delicious dipping sauce that truly accentuates the coconut flavor of the dish . The black bean wrap is so fresh and the chicken and beans with the chipotle mayo just brings out the most delectable flavor. I love Fat Tomato and my family will always frequent this establishment for years to come!! If you haven’t tried this restaurant , make sure you do! You will be happy that you did!!
