Billy & Pete are AMAZING bartenders! We had great drinks, great conversation, great memories. This is why humans go out to have a drink. Well worth the stop.
I have to say I was sad to hear the French was retired. I liked the French and every successful town needs a French restaurant. I am of course a fan of the Tulia brand. The Italian steakhouse is a step up from traditional steakhouses. The remodel and relaunch of Tulia Italian Steak is amazing & exciting. I stopped in to see the restaurant and menu. It is no longer the French and it looks beautiful. I used to be a chef. This was one of the best Caesar salads I ever had. The bartender Billy Butcher is one of the most professional bartenders I've ever encountered. He is the face and the showpiece of Tulia Italian Steak. I have a very good feeling that these professionals are going to dominate great and will take very good care of us. I hope they consider a few French menu items for old time sake like a crepe desert, crème brûlée, or even escargot. Buona Fortuna! 🇮🇹
