Clément V.S.O.P. Rhum Agricole Vieux is aged a minimum of four years in virgin Limousin barriques and re-charred Bourbon casks. The superb alchemy of natural rum from sugarcane juice matured in a unique variety of the world’s finest oak barrels orchestrated by our Cellar Master gives this exceptional aged rum its brilliant mahogany color, roasted cocoa bean aroma and its illustrious smooth mellow character. This award-wining spirit features a soft and deep nose of oak and molasses, offering a richer experience and a longer, smoother finish than the traditional DonQ Añejo. The fine balance of sweet and dry is complimented by a complexity of tropical tones.

Some take lemons and make them into lemonade. We take island key limes and turn them into Limón. How? Through a process of infusing tangy citrus and natural essential flavor into our rum aged 1 to 1½ years. If you love Cuba Libres with a wedge of lime, feel like elevating a Mojito to a near impossible level of refreshment, or if you have a glass full of ice but no liquid, you may benefit from Limón.

Eclipse is the embodiement of Mountt Gay style, body & aroma by which the Master Blender Trudiann Branker uses to blend every variety of Mount Gay Rum. For many rum aficionados, Eclipse is also the reference by which all rum should be measured.

Myers's Rum, named for founder Fred L. Myers, has been produced in Jamaica since 1879. This molasses-based dark rum is a blend of up to nine rums made in both continuous and pot stills. It's aged up to four years in ex-bourbon barrels.

Papa’s Pilar, an Ernest Hemingway-inspired rum company (his fishing boat and second wife were named “Pilar”) based in Key West that has been producing fairly complicated blended rum products on the periphery of the “premium” category since 2013. Their bottles, sold under the Papa’s Pilar banner, blend both their own U.S. produced rum and a bevy of Caribbean rums of various ages into a solera system, in which rums are eventually aged in used bourbon, port and sherry casks.

Smith & Cross Jamaica Rum contains only Wedderburn and Plummer pot still distillates, famous for their notes of exotic fruits and spice. We have chosen not to chill filter this spirit in order to retain its full flavour.

This tequila is crafted using 8-12 year old 100% Weber blue agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months. This rich liquid has notes of buttery caramel, mild spices and a touch of smokiness, which is imparted by the finishing process. Perfect mixed in a cocktail or on the rocks.

The clean, crisp taste of our Blanco tequila celebrates the fresh flavor of the noble Blue Weber Agave. Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Crystal clear with hints of citrus & sweet agave. Fruit forward with notes of vanilla and grapefruit. Purified water from our own well. Rests 2 months in stainless steel.

Corzo tequila is made from Jalisco-grown 12yr old agave. Their process is unique in that they discard the agave juices rendered in the first five hours because of "undesirable sourness" in the green skin. After two months of resting, their tequilas are distilled for a third and final time.
