The Hamilton in Washington, DC, was a great dining experience overall. The calamari was okay, crispy enough but nothing especially memorable. The real standout was the cream of crab soup, which was absolutely amazing. It was rich, creamy, and packed with delicious crab flavor. The truffle rosemary fries were deeeelicious and easily one of the highlights of the meal. To top it all off, the bourbon sangria was amazing. Refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect complement to everything we ordered. I'd definitely come back for the soup, fries, and sangria alone!
