The Kaatskeller is a celebrated wood-fired pizzeria and community gathering hub in Livingston Manor, NY.   Merging retro Catskills nostalgia with a lively contemporary energy, the space features a cozy indoor bungalow bar and a sprawling, string-lit outdoor pizza garden with a fire pit. The farm-forward menu offers uniquely thin-style, wood-fired pizzas, blending elements of classic bar pie and Neapolitan styles. The scratch-made food menu extensively incorporates fresh, Catskills farm-to-table ingredients, while the beverage menu features local craft beers, regional dry ciders, wine, and an exclusive house cocktail list—plus don't miss the summer Milkweed camper, serving acclaimed, soft-serve vegan oat milk gelato. The restaurant operates primarily on a walk-in and waitlist basis, but offer a limited number of reservations for advance booking. Online reservations become available seven days in advance for booking. Large bookings are welcome, and our outdoor garden is well-behaved dog friendly!
