Reservation Policy

ARRIVAL & SEATING At The Lodge, each service begins with all guests gathering together before the meal unfolds. On Thursday evenings, doors open at 6:00 PM. On Saturday evenings, doors open at 5:00 PM. We invite guests to arrive promptly so they can settle in and enjoy the experience from the beginning. As our menu is served family-style and courses are presented in a shared progression throughout the evening, service begins for all guests at the same time. For this reason, we may be unable to serve missed courses to guests arriving after service has commenced. If you anticipate being delayed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for helping us preserve the flow of the evening for all guests. FAMILY-STYLE DINING The Lodge menu is served family-style, with generous platters designed for two guests to share. For parties with an odd number of guests, an individual platter will be prepared for the remaining guest. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, advance notice allows our kitchen to prepare accordingly. SPECIAL OCCASIONS If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion, we would be delighted to know when making your reservation. RESERVATION DEPOSIT A deposit of $25 per guest is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations are received at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, no-shows, or reductions in guest count within 48 hours may result in the forfeiture of the applicable deposit. GROUP RESERVATIONS For larger parties, we may contact you prior to your visit to confirm guest numbers, dietary requirements, and seating arrangements. CHILDREN Children are welcome when included in the reservation count and able to participate in the dining experience.
