At The Lobby Lounge, we are a boutique cocktail and wine bar with limited seating capacity. To ensure all guests enjoy an elevated and seamless experience, please review our reservation guidelines below. ⸻ General Reservations • Availability Reservations are recommended for groups of 2–6 guests. Larger parties may be accommodated with prior approval and may require booking fee or a private event booking. • How to Book Reservations can be made online, by phone, or directly with our host team during operating hours. • Seating Preference We do our best to honor seating requests (lounge, patio, bar), though specific tables cannot be guaranteed. ⸻ Timing & Holds • Grace Period Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, the table may be released to walk-in guests. • Duration of Reservation Reservations are typically allotted 1 hour and 15 minutes per table (for smaller groups) and 2 hours for all other group sizes to accommodate all guests fairly, especially during peak hours. ⸻ Deposits & Minimums • Standard Reservations There is no deposit required for standard reservations of 1-4 guests. • Large Parties & Peak Nights Groups of 5 or more or bookings during special events may require a booking deposit or a minimum spend. Deposits are applied to the final bill. If the venue is at capacity, guests will be added to the waitlist. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows • Notice Required Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations / No-Shows Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited deposits and/or limitations on future bookings. Any deposits made for larger groups are forfeited if bookings are cancelled or no-show. ⸻ Age & Identification • 21+ Venue All guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. ⸻ Special Events & Buyouts • For private parties, celebrations, or full lounge buyouts, a separate event agreement and food & beverage minimum will apply.
