The Mad Hatter was established 1999. We continue to offer High Tea Service along with The Rabbit Hole Cafe', Hosting Events, a Fabulous Gift Shop, featuring loose leaf tea, assorted gifts and more all within in the historic Woodbury House, circa 1857. Located on the Rum River, Anoka, Minnesota.
