For Chef Werry, the Chef’s Table is not about exclusivity it is about connection. It invites guests into the rhythm of the kitchen, offering a perspective typically reserved for those behind the line. It requires trust from guests willing to embrace the unknown, and from a chef committed to creating something deeply personal in return. While the experience carries refinement, its roots remain grounded. Werry often reflects on the culture that shaped him the unfiltered, in-between moments where cooks share a quick bite during service. At 1925, that spirit is reimagined with intention, care, and a heightened sense of occasion. More than a curated tasting, the Chef’s Table is a shared experience one where conversation flows, time slows, and the boundaries between kitchen and guest begin to disappear. “It’s a privilege,” Werry says. “Everything I do leading up to service is for that moment.”

Chef’s Table Experience: Date: Last Monday of each month Start Time: 5:45 PM Duration: Approximately 3 hours Guest Capacity Minimum of 4 guests Maximum of 5 guests Pricing $250 per person (before tax and gratuity) Optional beverage pairing: $50 per person Guests may also order from our regular cocktail and wine menu. A bartender will be available throughout the evening. Reservation Details A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking. A 7-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of the event. our Restaurant Manager, will reach out to collect the deposit and finalize your reservation. The Experience This intimate dining experience includes personalized interaction with the chef, course-by-course presentations, and an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our culinary process. Service is thoughtfully paced to create a relaxed and memorable three-hour evening. Each Chef’s Table menu is custom-created for the event and will feature between four and six courses, depending on the finest seasonal ingredients available.
