Buffet Style – Pick two proteins, three sides and two desserts to build your custom menu. Guests enjoy a chef-curated buffet designed for relaxed mingling and abundant presentation. This format keeps service seamless, allows guests to return for seconds, and creates a lively, elevated atmosphere perfect for both corporate and social events.

Plated Style – Pick one starter, one entrée, two sides and one dessert. Entrées are individually plated while sides are served family-style at each table, blending a refined dining experience with a warm, communal touch.
