Reservation Timing All reservations include 90 minutes of seated time. This helps us maintain the pacing, intimacy, and flow of the room for everyone who visits. Grace Period If you’re running behind, no worries — we offer a 15‑minute grace period. After that, we may need to release the table to honor other bookings. Party Size Please arrive with the party size listed on your reservation. If your group changes, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Experience Pacing Our team will help guide the timing of cocktails and courses so you can enjoy the full experience within your reservation window. Gratuity For parties of 6 or more — or for tables that extend beyond their reserved time — an automatic gratuity may be applied to ensure fair compensation for our staff.
