Thank you for your reservation. We are delighted to welcome you and appreciate you choosing our restaurant. Cancellation Policy As a small restaurant, we carefully plan our staffing, purchasing, and table availability around every reservation. For this reason, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or significant changes to your reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to the full reservation amount being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the 72-hour cancellation window. At the restaurant’s sole discretion, a credit toward a future reservation may be extended in certain circumstances. Any credit offered is a courtesy and is not guaranteed, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Changes to the reservation date, time, or party size may also be subject to this 72-hour policy and cannot be guaranteed. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms. Important Dining Information As a small restaurant, we are unable to guarantee modifications to reservations, seating requests, or other special requests. While we are honored that you have chosen to celebrate with us, we do not provide complimentary items, desserts, or other amenities for special occasions. Our dress code is smart casual. Guests dining in our courtyard or patio are encouraged to dress appropriately for the season and weather. We may need to contact you regarding your reservation. Please ensure that the phone number and email address provided with your reservation are accurate and up to date. Table Times Table times are allocated based on party size, reservation volume, and expected service duration. Your reservation is for the allotted seating period associated with your booking. If you have any questions regarding your table time, please speak with our host upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding of these policies. As a small restaurant, these guidelines allow us to provide consistent service to all of our guests while ensuring that reserved tables are available to those who have booked them. We look forward to welcoming you and providing you with a wonderful dining experience.
