Last year, we invited a few of our favorite chefs to Palisade for Three Chefs, Two Nights, One Epic Feast over Wine Fest weekend and the response was overwhelming. This year, we're doing it again—only bigger. Join us Friday, September 18 or Saturday, September 19 for The BIG Dinner- our annual celebration where incredible food, carefully chosen wines and great company come together for an unforgettable evening. This year's lineup features FOUR of Colorado's most exciting chefs! Different styles. Different stories. One incredible meal. We're happy to offer two menu options-The Big Dinner, as the chefs imagine it and The Big Plant-Based Dinner, thoughtfully reimagined-both include the full multi-course dinner and wine pairings.
