The crust is created in a separate cooking area away from flour and regular dough, with separate and clean utensils and serving ware. It is cooked on a designated oven floor alone in a 425 degree oven. We are not a certified gluten free kitchen, but we strive to be very safe and feel confident in our product and procedures. Our gluten free pizza can be made with any of our fresh toppings or meats except for sausage, which is not gluten free.
