Reservation Policy At The Pasta Tree Restaurant & Wine Bar, we are delighted to welcome you and strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, we have established the following reservation policies: 1. Reservations & Card on File: We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. All reservations require a valid credit card on file to secure your table. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed once a valid credit card is received. 2. Walk-Ins: While we do our best to accommodate walk-in guests, availability may be limited, especially during peak dining hours. Reservations are recommended to ensure your preferred seating. 3. Cancellations & Changes: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the table to other guests. 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Reservations canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, will incur the following fees charged to the card on file: • Parties of 1–6 guests: $15 per person • Parties of 7 or more: $25 per person 5. Late Arrivals: We understand that delays happen. Please contact us if you are running late.
