The cuvée was racked to tank, cold-stabilized and bottled. The Brut Rosé was le to age sur lies for 16 months. Riddled and disgorged in house, the wine was finished with 6 g/l dosage. BTL ToGo Carignan Rose, Les Galets, FR
Based in the Southern Rhone, this Château is a well-regarded producer of the rosé-only appellation of Tavel since 1930. Expanding their geographic range allowed Christian Latouche's team to craft this Domaine-produced equal parts blend of five grapes: Carignan, Cinsault, Clairette, Grenache and Syrah — at a fantastic price! It tastes like watermelon, strawberries, orange rind, stone fruits, and grapefruit, balanced with flowers, warm herbs, and crushed limestone minerality$26.00
BTL ToGO Cortese, Idlewild, CA
Idlewild has a relatively concise aim within a broad context: to produce wines of exceptional balance and beauty. It is a journey to pursue Italy’s Piedmont in the elevated hills of Mendocino and Sonoma Counties, and to find the sides of these varieties that are intriguing, delicious, and haunting. Each wine is unique and treated as such, though the common thread is balancing depth and seriousness with vibrancy and joy. Emphasis is on the vineyard followed by minimalist winemaking techniques. While not dogmatic in practice, an honest and sustainable approach is fundamental in making wines of purity This wine is a balance of texture in a lithe and demure format. The elevage in large Slovenien oak Botti retained great freshness while also framing the wine beautifully. Lemon balm, chamomile, sage, orange peel, straw, and white tea are highlights of the aromas. The mouth feel is saline and viscous followed by driving acidity and firm phenolic power.only 372 cases produced.$29.00
BTL ToGo DOLCETTO, Poe Wines, CA
Mendocino, CA This wine leads with bright, juicy red-and-blue fruit - think strawberry, plum, and a darker berry note that reads more “freshpicked” than “cooked.” The aromatics have extra lift and charm, with a subtle floral or herbal edge that keeps it interesting. On the palate it’s light to medium-bodied, energetic, and genuinely refreshing for a red, with that “crunchy” tannin texture that makes it feel snappy rather than soft. The finish is clean, lightly savory, and extremely food-friendly.$29.00
BTL ToGo FIELD BLEND, A Ma Guise, FR
This cuvée 'A ma guise' is a particular blend of upwards of 16 different red and white varieties harvested early at the domaine - in August in order to make a light, easy-drinking style of wine. Red cherry, wild red berries, lots of herbs and warm stone, super light body. Crushable. Jean-Christophe Comor crafts wines with minimal intervention, letting the grapes speak through native yeasts and gentle vinification. Whites are bright, precise, and aromatic, reflecting the clay-limestone soils, while rosés and reds are vibrant, structured, and expressive of their Provençal terroir.$22.00
BTL ToGo Garnatxa Negra, Espelt, SP
Catalonia, Spain / Organic/Bio From Anna Espelt's granite-soiled Catalunya vineyard surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea on three sides, this is Garnacha with layers and a satisfyingly chunky feel. The dark red fruit and fresh herb/garrigue complexity are delivered with stunning transparency. Wild strawberry and sour cherry notes linger nicely on the crunchy finish. As Vinous says in the 91 point review, "Ripe and rich, the slightly rough tannins sculpted by the season contribute to a compact, herbal finish—a sun-born red."$22.00

BTL ToGo TAWNY RESERVA 2015
Epordouro 'Solar dos Dragos' Tawny Reserva Port 2015 represents a continuation of winemaking tradition in the world's oldest demarcated wine region. Founded in 1998 by brothers Manuel Luís and Hermínio Morais, Epordouro revived their family's ancestral commitment to viticulture in Cima-Corgo, the prestigious sub-region of Douro Valley. The winery takes its name from a 15th-century manor house—once home to the noble Dragos family of vintners—whose historic ruins still stand in Cabêda. This Tawny Reserva exemplifies the art of Port production, where distilled grape spirit is carefully added to wine base, halting fermentation and creating the fortified character that defines the category. Six to seven years of French oak aging has developed remarkable complexity and refinement. The blend showcases four of Port's five principal varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Franca—each contributing distinct character to the final expression. The result is a wine$42.00
